Fresh Tomato Bruschetta

Ingredients:
4 large tomatoes
1/2 white onion
2 garlic cloves
1 1/2 lime
1 tbsp olive oil
A large bunch of cilantro
Sea salt (to taste)
Balsamic glaze (optional)
Instructions:
Dice the tomatoes and transfer to a medium bowl.
Dice the 1/2 onion and transfer to medium bowl.
Stack cilantro leaves and thinly slice, then transfer to the medium bowl.
Finely mince the garlic cloves and add to the medium bowl.
Season the medium bowl with 1 tbsp olive oil, the juice of 1 and 1/2 lime, and a pinch of salt to taste. Now taste and enjoy!!
*For an added bonus, add the bruschetta to baguette toasters (for an added crunch) and top with balsamic glaze!
