Pumpkin Seed Banana Bread

Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 large eggs
1/3 cup melted unsalted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, and lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Sprinkle the pumpkin seeds evenly over the top of the batter.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comers out clean.
Let the banana bread cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring it to the wire rack to cool completely.
