Classic Fresh Greek Salad

Ingredients:
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1 large cucumber, diced
1 ball (125g) fresh mozzarella, torn into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
Freshly ground black pepper (optional)
Instructions:
Chop the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and dice the cucumber.
In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, and torn mozzarella pieces.
Drizzle the olive oil over the salad and sprinkle with salt. Add freshly ground black pepper if desired.
Toss the ingredients until evenly coated with olive oil. Be gentle to avoid breaking the mozzarella too much.
Serve immediately as a light lunch or side dish.
