Yogurt-Stuffed Papaya

Ingredients:
1 ripe papaya
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup fresh fruit (berries, banana slices)
Instructions:
Cut the papaya in half lengthwise, then scoop out the seeds and discard.
Spoon the yogurt into the hollowed the centre of each papaya half.
Top with fresh fruit, and drizzle with honey.
